Founder-led.
Accountable end to end.
The person accountable for your outcome is the person you deal with, from the first conversation to the exit.
Colin Whitfield
Founder & Operating Partner
Most recently, inside a PE-backed asset scaling from 35 to 300 people, he held successive mandates across engineering, people, and product turnaround. He rebuilt a legacy platform as multi-tenant SaaS after three failed attempts, moved release cadence from quarterly to twice a month, and governed AI-assisted engineering with full traceability and dual sign-off.
Earlier, he founded an award-winning software company serving Lidl, Samsung and Telus; served as Investment Director on a $6M fund; and led broadcast delivery for the BBC, ESPN and Red Bull. TEDx speaker. World Bank consultant. MSc, University of Kent.

Every engagement is led by two named senior people.
Alongside the Operating Partner sits a Platform CTO: a senior engineer who has run a rebuild of this kind before and holds the technical decisions day to day.
The second seat comes from a small bench of vetted senior partners, named in your proposal. You meet them before anything is signed.
A small core team, with specialists added per project.
Capability comes through partners, not payroll. How depends on what you buy:
